Terms and Conditions

By entering our adventure mini-golf venue, all visitors agree to follow the safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff. Our course features various obstacles, slopes, and tropical-themed decorations that must be treated with care to ensure a safe environment for all players.

All players must use the provided putters and golf balls. Full swings are strictly prohibited; please keep the club head below knee level at all times. Groups are limited to a maximum of five players per hole to maintain the flow of the game and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone on the course.

Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Guests are not permitted to climb on rocks, water features, boundary lines, or any other course decorations.

We welcome advance bookings for standard play, group events, and birthday parties. A confirmed booking guarantees your start time, subject to a short safety briefing upon arrival.

For party and large group reservations, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your desired time slot. If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate a new date without penalty.

Standard play tickets are non-refundable once purchased. In the rare event that we must close the course for safety, extreme weather, or operational reasons, all affected bookings will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

Our onsite café provides a selection of food and drinks for all guests to enjoy before or after their round. Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the venue, with the exception of bottled water or specific items for guests with severe dietary restrictions. Please arrange dietary exceptions with our team in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if they are displaying disruptive behavior, causing damage to the course, or disturbing the enjoyment of other visitors. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Putt Jungle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure while navigating the course or dining in the café areas.
